Black with a Hint of Neon

 

As promised, I'm wearing something other than peplum and a bubble necklace and boy was getting dressed this morning difficult. I reached far into the back of my closet and found this wrap sweater with a hint of neon (from last year) and paired it with black exact stretch ankle pants. Don't let the photo fool you - they aren't leggings. They're like the dress pants version of leggings that are completely work appropriate. I promise.
